But ignoring that for a moment, the housing market is not racist towards blacks. Blacks get less loans for mortgages and at worse rates because on average they have worse credit, a lower paying job and less collateral than their white peers.

It's not redlining. It's because the people who live in those neighborhoods have less credit worthiness than their peers.
