No Gunman in the Window

A home movie by a spectator, Robert Hughes, showed the easternmost sixth–floor window as the president’s car passed directly underneath, no more than five seconds before the shooting started. The three TSBD employees in the fifth–floor window are clearly visible, but there appears to be no–one in the sixth–floor window. Another spectator, Charles Bronson, filmed the window six minutes earlier, at about the time when the motorcade had been due to pass by. Again, the window appears to be empty.

I have seen that photo taken seconds before,during,and after the shooting of the Hughes film and you see three black men in the fifth floor window below oswalds alleged snipers nest,but NOBODY is in the alleged snipers nest,the 6th floor window.that alone clears oswald.

matter of fact as you can see from this link yourself,senator richard sprague who served on the house select committe on assassinations,he viewed the photos of the 6th floor window that were taken at the time of the assassination and he himself said he found NOBODY in the alleged 6th floor window.

Now, the most important thing initially that happened in
finding the photos was discovering a number of photographs-
-films and still photos--that showed the sixth floor window
empty with nobody in it. This is what originally convinced

oh and bonnie ray williams an employee there,was in the 6th floor window till 12:20 eating his chicken sandwich he said,he saw NOBODY there.Oswald sure was non chalent about getting into place waiting there to set everything up just a few minutes before the assassination after williams left according to your warped logic.

Facts:

Oswald's palm print was found on the rifle on the 6th floor of the Book Depository.

Oswald ordered the rifle and had it shipped to Dallas.

The bullet found in the hospital was flattened and damaged, due to the fact that it began to tumble as it left JFK's body and flew into Connely.

Three shots could have indeed been fired in six seconds, as the gun was loaded and safety off, ready to fire.

the Zapruder video clearly shows the front of his head blowing up towards the front of the car.

this would not happen if a bullet came from infront of the car.

heads don't explode East when a bullet hits them from the East.

What? At 6:40 in the video a bullet clearly hits Kennedy in the right front of his head and his head falls back and to the left. What video show his head moving forward?

The Zapruder film shows the guts of his head expode towards the front of the car, not the rear.

why? cause the bullet hit him in the back of the head.

You have your fingers in your ears and your eyes closed if you see Kennedy's head moving forward with that head shot at 6:40. The only thing that is closed is your eyes and your mind.

 

anyone who has ever fired a gun, knows that an entry wound is nice and neat while the exit wound is yucky & messy.

JFK's head exploded away from the entry wound...and towards the front of the car.
