What will you do if Mueller "throws the book at Trump" on the basis of the testimonies of Trump's own team members and provides solid evidence as well? I'm talking solid evidence for impeachment and even possibly criminal charges.

No, wait. The OPer asked a strictly theoretical question while I asked a fact question - and the answer known to the extent that a majority of Democrats overwhelmingly would vote for it.

There is very little doubt in my mind that Mueller will find Trump obstructed justice. The big question is what will Rosenstein and Congress do with it.
But your right. What will make it damming is that it will be Trump's team that provides the evidence. If Rosenstein decides to make it public, how could Trump carry on knowing that 5 or 10 people on his staff testified against him.

Impossible to debate hypothetical scenario's.

What's actual is that Trump has not been impeached so is it fair to assume, Mueller hasn't got any/sufficient evidence as yet.

If there's sufficient evidence, no doubt impeachment proceedings could take place. If there's no evidence, it's business as usual. Not rocket science.

Basically, this thread is just playing out one of @Kode 's dreams.

 

If that were to happen, throw Trump in jail. But I really don't expect it.

Carter Page is supposed to the the mastermind, according to the dossier, yet he has not been indicted, just harassed. Just like Mueller harassed that innocent man in the Anthrax investigation.

What TV shows in the UK are you suggesting I've been watching? Hand on heart, I only watch Tipping Point, The Chase and Pointless. All three are just game shows with general knowledge questions. So I'm intrigued which shows you believe I watch!!

Debate/chat/discuss, just choose your own descriptive word that suits you. I'm cool with that.

If Trump is impeached, what would I do? Probably read about it in the news on my phone. What would I do if he doesn't get impeached? Assume there was no evidence and read about latest events about America on my phone. Again, just more simple logic.

 

The topic is "what ifs" about the Mueller investigation. An OPer can not limit the scope of a topic started to the sole partisan side he wants to present. So, again, why won't you answer my "what if" about the Mueller investigation? There is more evidence to back up my what if than yours.

 

You don't know what evidence there is in Mueller's hands, but we know right wing media spins and lies continuously about Hillary. HOWEVER, I'm fine with an investigation into Hillary, and then deal with her firmly according to law. Now, how about Trump? I'll go back and review your reply to see if there's an answer somewhere in there.

Solid evidence of what? "Collusion" is not illegal, meeting and talking to foreign govt officials is not illegal, not even during a political campaign, Clinton & Bush & Obama & Trump & Hilary & Dole & McCain etc did it.

So what crime are you talking about?
