Yep and he is unable to demonstrate intent. No intent, no obstruction.

Wow.... that's truly amazing that you could take that outcome from that quote from the Report... It's a gift!

"The initial reliance on a pretextual justification could support an inference that the President had concerns about providing the real reason for the firing, although the evidence does not resolve whether those concerns were personal, political, or both."

He nowhere can prove intent and goes into detail how there are multiple reasons why the President takes the actions that he does outside of intent. No intent, no obstruction.

Correction: James “Whitey” Bulger, not Ray Bolger. Ray Bolger died. Whitey was incarcerated and assassinated.

"To the extent that anyone, in hailing his bona fides, paid attention to Mueller’s role in the notorious case of Boston criminal kingpin James “Whitey” Bulger, it was to describe Bulger’s arrest in 2011 as a masterful job of FBI investigation. In fact, the case of Whitey Bulger, a fugitive eluding capture for 16 years, had been one of the biggest scandals in the history of the FBI, and the Bureau’s official story of its resolution is so preposterous that it either casts a withering light on the competence of Mueller and his G men or reeks of something smellier in Mueller’s domain."

At no point did mueller say there wasn’t enough evidence to bring obstruction charges.

    At

    No

    Point

How hard is that for people to understand, Mello??

I will obviously watch Mueller's testimony, but I don't NEED to watch it as much as most of our RW friends on here do...

They will only hear what they want to hear.
The testimony will be for those who aren't all that aware and have an open mind.

He explained why, and lack of evidence was not the reason.

Poor ego keeps going back to the well over and over but always comes up empty. Not one damn thing you said has come true but carry on. Don't stop believing.
