    Per EO, classification is described, but the five big agencies (FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, State) decide what actual material is marked as classified or not

    The constitution puts no restrictions on presidents pardoning authority.

    If it's not connected to the election and Russia, it's a classic witch hunt and fishing expedition.

    President cannot pardon himself.

    President can also be charged with Obstruction of Justice if he pardons someone so as to end an investigation that may lead to his own culpability.

    You need 50% to impeach and 67 senators to convict. You have neither, you won't muster 48 dem senatrors as WV one won't vote againt Trump. Good luck getting 21 republican senators. A republican senate failed to oust democrat B. Clinton. If i were you, i would not hold my breath lol
