ACLU: Muslims face more scrutiny for citizenship LOS ANGELES (AP) Civil liberties advocates said Wednesday they have uncovered a government program to screen immigrants for national security concerns that has blacklisted some Muslims and put their U.S. citizenship applications on hold for years. The American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California said in a report that federal immigration officers are instructed to find ways to deny applications that have been deemed a national security concern. For example, they'll flag discrepancies in a petition or claim they failed to receive sufficient information from the immigrant. Finally, a little common sense from the government on immigration. But why be so covert? If there is a national security issue, they shouldn't get citizenship.
No complaints from me. In fact certain countries have been blacklisted from education and work visas so it only makes sense to extend that to citizenship as well. If you are a violent, disgusting Muslim extremist then (*)(*)(*)(*) off. Go to Europe they don't have any problems turning their countries into cesspools or religious intolerance and extremism.
