and probably the first I've really memorized any bit.

    Proverbs 24:17-18

"17Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:

18Lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him."

I haven't really been on here nearly as much lately, so I wouldn't exactly know for sure how bad this is on here. However, I have seen this issue on Yahoo's message boards a few times. The main one that comes to mind is when a Typhoon or some flood hit Pakistan or somewhere near there pretty bad. The jist of what I was getting from the comments was people were celebrating the deaths of the people (whether they were Muslim, let alone Islamic terrorist, or not). I'm pretty sure there were a fair amount of my fellow Christians in that bunch. What I'd like to know is how you feel about this attitude?

It's also said in the New Testament "Love thy enemy" or something along the lines, as just loving those you already love isn't a challenge at all, for starters. There's of course a deeper meaning I still don't completely understand, being a recent convert.

My point is while I think their views of God (I heard Allah means "God" in Arabic or something) and Jesus being just a prophet are wrong, I don't wish them death, even if it kills a bunch of terrorists as well. To wish death and sorrow on other human beings seems terrible to me. As agnostic seeing this, I was appalled and quite frankly, this attitude kept me away a little longer. Not too long ago, my pastor actually hit upon the subject of attitude and how hateful/ spiteful attitude has been pretty damaging. Is this really how we should treat or think of atheists, Muslims, and other religions?

Okay, I'm not exactly sure how to say anything more. The point was to make you think. I can only hope it touches a few hearts. Maybe, someone who was spewing out such bile when various natural disaster killed people over there can say something.

Edit: I haven't really took note of the second part, but it seems to imply those who do that stuff are only tempting the Lord to bring about similar sorrow in their lives.

muslims are your only possible friends in this world.
but you have probably no idea why.

west and east have barriers of information between them.
people and nations of the world are deliberately misguided
    for a purpose.

"they" keep feeding us with excerpted information.
    producing otherization of all genres.

    either wake up.
or keep sleeping in the artificial pools of hatred.
