I have just today submitted my suggestion to the DNC via their website: I have a novel idea how to finally and forever fix the crisis in Washington and maybe dispel some of the current toxic environment. Have Democrats author and pass a bill of an utterly simple and fundamental nature: federal representatives (U.S. Senators and Congresspersons) can be seated and serve; but ONLY those who won their power by way of "a free and fair election" can vote. Of course, I suppose, federal and The Supreme courts would need be named as final arbiter in the event of any irreconcilable dispute.
the arbiter would be the congresscritters themselves. any representative elected in 2022 who says or writes publicly that election was rigged is no longer qualified to vote or serve on committee.
'Appreciate your reply, Rampart. That said, in retrospect, I was dreaming, maybe stupid: the idea is unworkable I'm afraid. Because I mention "arbitration in the event of any irreconcilable dispute" -- but every denial of a representative's right to vote would constitute such an event
