It is not I who am being 'snarky' (whatever that means,) nor is it I who initiated implicit criticism with these words - You are clearly implying that anyone who gives a not entirely complimentary opinion on the way things are done in your (or any other) country, is complaining and criticising, and in so doing, is being an ugly (supply nationality here). Frankly, you are one of the last posters of whom I would have expected that sort of thing, and I have every right to respond to such an implication.
