And what is the UN going to do? Go to Obama and say you have to do this? Let them do and Kanass can say up yours.

Any group can go to the UN to report Civil Rights abuses but they have no power to dictate anything to the US whatsoever. If there is a drastic abuse of power going on the UN can bring it to the attention of other members where they will debate what to do if anything.

Nothing will be done against us. Its just the NAACP trying to stay relevant which they clearly are not anymore.

The UN will never take action against the US. They will lose our funding and our military support and we will withdraw.

I've respected the NAACP. It's a shame to see them lying in an attempt to preserve vote fraud. The U.N. is corrupt, incompetent, and irrelevant but they are the supporters of communist and dictators around the world. They tolerate U.N. workers raping children and for some reason liberals don't seem to mind. The greatest triumph has been what countries they put on the Human Rights Group. It's truly impressive.

The UN treaty takes precedence over state laws. Since we signed it we are obligated to follow it to the letter or else be exposed for the hypocrites that we are.

America will never give up its independence that it fought so hard for centuries ago. We the People would revolt. People would die. Our leaders voted into office would die.

    I'm not so sure.

With half the country on welfare and a quarter not even born here what do they know or care about independence and freedom?

We are at the tipping between what we once were and what America haters like Obama want us to be.

Have you forgotten that treaties are just below the Constitution?

Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

In that case the authority rests with the US Supreme Court not the UN.

These ignorant black racists need to plead their case in this country not the UN.
