There are many similarities between our planet and Mars, visually and in composition. This includes an atmosphere that you claimed does not exist so I gave you a video to change the subject with in order to avoid embarrassment.

 

I suggest that the only similarity between our planet and Mars is they're spherical.

 

Trajectories are computed very carefully and thrusters used for small changes in the path when required. Understand these probes have many hours/days/months to correct course in their years/decades long missions and take days to communicate with Earth depending on distance. New Horizons was over 9 hours away at the speed of light when is flew past Pluto.

Intelligence would suggest that learning on how to calculate the path of an asteroid or a probe past a planet would not benefit me in my job in the construction industry.

The unseen gravitational effect is interesting but I do not think it will be explained with a new form of matter...more likely seems to be a misunderstanding or lack of understanding basic gravity dynamics....basically an issue with current physics in general. We shall eventually see.

Perhaps Dark matter and Dark energy are the same thing.

 

I suspect that E=MC2 applies to Dark matter/energy just as it does to tangible matter/energy.
