    More evidence of the emboldened white supremacists fearless now that they have the approval of their cult leader to spread hate.

    No, it's just graffiti. Paint cannot be racist, nor can a Swastika. This has nothing to do with race. Perhaps if you don't know what words mean you shouldn't be using them.
