Nebraska woman sues trans doctors who removed her breasts as a teen.

The lies they lead with:

1. 'detransitioning among people who were groomed toward gender transition “treatment” as children is “rare.”
2. all of this “transgender care” is fully reversible if people do change their minds.'

'Both of those claims have once again been shown to be lies in the case of Luka Hein of Nebraska. As a teenager, she suffered from a number of mental and emotional instability issues. But doctors (to use the term generously) from the Nebraska Medical Center convinced her that she was actually a boy. They quickly moved to put her on male hormones and convinced her to undergo a mastectomy. Now, having realized that she’s been a woman all along and has been physically injured in an irreparable fashion, she is suing the medical center and the doctors who did this to her.'

I'm so sad for her. All the money in the world will not give her back what they sliced off of her during a vulnerable period of her childhood.

'The accused parties include Nebraska Medicine, the Nebraska Medical Center, and UNMC Physicians.'

They have to be held liable.

'Hein went through a very traumatic childhood. She was “groomed and threatened” by an adult man and experienced other trauma. This led her to exhibit the symptoms of serious mental health struggles by the age of 13. But the doctors at the Health Center didn’t pursue any sort of therapy to address those issues. They instead diagnosed her as having “gender identity disorder” at the age of 15 and rushed her into the trans treatment pipeline, leading to the removal of her healthy breasts. Another doctor urged her to schedule a partial hysterectomy and have her womb removed at the age of 16, a procedure that would have left her permanently sterile. Thankfully, they failed to convince her to go that far, but the damage was already done.'

A troubled teen shows up in need of guidance and understanding and one set of vultures cuts her breasts off, for a tidy profit, while another set of vultures tries to cut her womb out, for another tidy profit. They will not stop butchering and destroying these young people until they are forced to pay a very painful price.

Who granted the hospital the legal ability to preform such a procedure and why is the individual in question not holding those individuals responsible?

Relevant: According to the Associated Press, a review of 27 studies in 2021 found that among 8,000 teenagers and adults who underwent gender-affirming surgeries, an average of 1 percent said they regretted their decision.

 

There will probably be many more of these instances, especially when the “thousands, if not millions of kids are transsexual” fad and political movements have passed.

The chemicals are bad enough. They stunt sexual development, and the so-called “doctors” don’t know about the longer term effects. Bone development is on major concern. At about 10 years of age, the boys who are becoming girls, take drugs to stunt their growth. I know this because I have a transgender niece who is getting ready for this treatment.

All of this is irreversible. Doctors who screw this up for political and money reasons should have their pants sued off and lose their medical licenses.

 

The Associated Press is in the Democrat tank, like most of the reporters and news media.

 

These are unconscionable atrocities that should be severely punished. A society that cannot protect its children has no right to exist.

There should be no mercy when it comes to punishment vis a vis taking advantage of children in this egregious way.

THIS is what these cult-like ideologies lead to...actions bordering on insanity. They should be exposed for what they are and nobody who declares an association with such should ever be allowed to treat children.

 

There are big dollars to be made chopping up teenagers.

 

When you say legal permission, do you refer to laws that allow this to happen? We've been told this stuff doesn't happen and isn't allowed anywhere in the country. Is there a criminal aspect to this and should everyone involved lose their medical license?

A Virginia high school student ran away from home and was sex-trafficked through multiple states -- in part because her high school failed to tell the child’s parents she identified as a male and was relentlessly bullied for it, a lawsuit alleges.

"They stole my right to protect my daughter," grandmother and adoptive mother Michele Blair told the Washington Examiner of Sage, now 16.

Sage -- who had a troubled childhood and suffered mental health issues -- started attending Appomattox County High School aged 14 on August 10, 2021 where she began identifying as a male, going by male pronouns and a male name and using the male restrooms, according to a lawsuit filed by Michele in Virginia federal court last month.

But despite school staffers being actively involved in Sage's desire to become a boy and knowing about the repeated bullying she suffered, they "deliberately concealed" the gender change and didn’t get her parents involved until it was too late and Sage ran away. She then ended up being raped by multiple men for months in four different states, the suit claims.

Just one day into the school year on August 11, 2021, Sage started getting viciously bullied by boys on her bus that said she looked like a boy, threatened to rape her until she "liked boys", threatened to hold her out of the bus window by her hair unless she apologized and threatened to shoot her, telling her they knew where she lived, the lawsuit alleges.

Liability is yet another tool that our system employs to prevent excessive or unnessisary surgery.. Risk management is a major consideration when any medical practice, or hospital get sloppy on applying best practices to any given decision. We do not and should not 'ban' medical procedures and deny all access because that denies both the good practice of medicine consistent with best practice guidelines and up-to date science, as well as sloppy, incompetent or lazy medical practice. Most people polled who undergo this procedure are glad that they did. There are consequences to not providing this surgery too.

In short we need let the systems we already have handle this, and allow for more comprehensive studies to help distinguish between these two groups so that best practice guidelines can better reflect what there is to be learned. There is no magic moment where we know everything. In medicine, its always a case of ongoing collective education bringing more light that heat, if we allow for the time and studies to happen

Let this suit go foreward and let's find out if these clinicians committed malpractice or not.

 

But but we've been being told for months and months now that they're not performing surgery on minors.

 

I posted this story in another thread a week or so ago and the left attacked the source and called it fake news.

 

Maybe you should ask them which news sources that carry conservative perspectives do they not think is fake news.
