Followup on the news from the 9th circuit (that thread is here:http://www.politicalforum.com/showthread.php?t=341016)

Responding to the new case law in the 9th circuit, Nevada's AG and Governor have seen the writing on the wall and withdrew their defense of Nevada's sam-sex marriage ban. The 9th still has to sing first before this can have any practical effect, but it goes there without any party supporting it.

It's end-game for the 9th, and we'll soon see what happens in the 10th in a few months.

I can't imagine gay marriage being an issue in 2 years. In overwhelming numbers, Americans now support gay marriage.

They just keep falling in a row like dominoes....and I have to say...its truly a pleasure to see it happening. The momentum for gay rights has become a tidal wave in the last few years.
