    If you get a chance and can locate it, (try Amazon) lash out and spend about $30AUD on a book called "Nowhere Else to Go" by Dani McDonnell.

    Yeh. She (Author) is the daughter of one of my mates. The book is dedicated to his Son ~ her brother ~ who died suddenly about 20 years ago at age 20 with menigicocal.
