In court filings Monday, Letitia James' office said Eric Trump initially agreed to sit for a deposition on July 22, only to refuse, "balking less than two days before he was scheduled by agreement to give testimony."” The investigation of the Trump Organization continues. I’ll bet Eric pleads the fifth. Because he knows they have engaged in criminal activity and doesn’t want to implicate himself. The crime family will be exposed in time. Pity the wheels of justice turn so slowly.
