Go after the Golf Course and Seven Springs to establish the precedent to seize Trump Tower.

What does she think she's going to do with the property? Nobody is going to buy it.

It'll cost the sate money to hold on to the properties, while all the tax revenue they generated will disappear. Yep! That's genius, alright...lol.

Continue to operate as a private club w/o trump skimming the profits?

Another thing you all aren't thinking about is, if the verdict is overturned, the state will have to return the property to Trump in...the...same...condition...it...was...in...when...they...seized it

The issue is it will be next to impossible for this to be overturned. They have proven the fraud. They have proven that numbers were altered to obtain a higher valuation and they have witness testimony asserting to the fact of such.

Best case he will get the amount lowered but from what I have been reading even that is a slim chance.
