Why does it matter that he is black? Or that she was pregnant? The only purpose in mentioning his race is to continue the tired argument that non-white people are more violent which is not true. The only way that argument makes sense is there are NO white people that commit crimes. We know that's not true either and the statistics are skewed because white people receive fewer 2nd changes, lesser bonds and lesser sentences and shorter paroles than white people for the same crimes. This forum allows bigoted statements so you are definitely within your rights and the terms of use, however, to pretend this thread is anything more than than what we both know it is, is disingenuous. There are countless people all over the internet that share these views and there are countless people that don't because we know the data isn't correct for a myriad of reasons. With that said, maybe it's time to take some giant steps backward and evaluate how and why you hold the opinions that you and how that is validated by others that also have not taken a panoramic view of what is actually happening in the world around us. You have absolutely nothing to lose by doing so because there is an infinite supply of people that echo those views, and more often than not, they also have not viewed the world outside that limited scope. And, of course, you also have the choice to not step outside that comfort zone. In fact, it's much easier to not do so and that is within your rights as well. However, taking those steps, honestly and authentically, another part of society will become clearer to you and, with that, growth and understanding. I wish you the best in whatever path you may choose.

The Killer was wounded at the scene, taken to the hospital, and died 3 days later... Why would anybody expect a DEAD Man to be granted bail?
