Fortunately for me where I live I have a concealed carry license and prefer open carry during the summer and the chances of me being in that cesspool that is NY are somewhere between slim and none and slim left town. If New Yorkers don't fight this kind of intrusion they have only themselves to blame. 4th amendment challenges should be coming on this. This is just an electronic version of stop and frisk.
