Haley is correct as reported by Fox News about the issues we face as a nation in this world. The former UN Ambassador and governor is right. China is by far the biggest and most powerful enemy we have ever faced as a nation.

 

China is enemy #1. They deliberately created and spread Covid 19 to the world. We must stop democrats from destroying freedom too.

No one’s speech at the annual CPAC event is a campaign event. It’s simply a yearly gathering of like minded people discussing the current events and news of the day in front of the media. It would be a bold faced lie to call this event a campaign event or rally no matter who spoke to them.

The right has wanted to make China a villain for a very long time. The virus COMMITTEE at the energy dept did not change their view, ONE person on that committee changed their view, with no new evidence, and now its a "lab leak" again to create another boogieman to run on for the right.

Any time that a DECLARED Presidential Candidate (During an Election Cycle, which in this case is the 2024 Election Cycle) gives a speech laying out a "Vision for the Future" THAT Qualifies as a "CAMPAIGN EVENT". Period!

A declared Presidential candidate giving a speech there certainly is .... From now until the day she drops out (I'm going Late Feb 2024, about when Amy dropped out in 2020), pretty much every time she opens her mouth will be a campaign event...

 

There is no president election for over 18 months. There was no rally, no campaign video, no political campaign event. The speeches by three of the many who spoke there before the same event, media, and people who attended them were no more political events than those of anyone else who spoke there whether they declared already, will do so, or won’t do so. It’s the same news making event for all of the speakers there. It is beyond mindless and pure bias to say that once a person has declared a candidacy for any election that nothing they say anywhere to anyone one at any time can never be a current event or a news story, particularly when there is no campaign rally, no campaign video, and no election anytime soon. The attempt my some to make current events a partisan biased Trump free zone is duly noted.

 

China is a villain of its own making and has been one since 1949. They don’t need any help in that what with the CCP and Covid 19. They have Biden thoroughly compromised.

Blaming the boogeyman name China is the next McCarthyism in the works. As I stated before, economically, China and the US have more in common than people think. Politically, we don't. China's main interest is going against US Hemogony which China sees as a threat to their livelihood, lifestyle, and influence. And it is why they act the way they do. Yes, they are more disciplined, long-term thinking, etc, but a better approach would be to find common ground. We did, for a short while, get China to help patrol the strait of Hormuz when we had TF 150 et all in the works against Somali pirates. Although they were not officially part of the joint operations command, they did cooperate with it in the Bush and Obama era.

The top threat to this nation is ourselves, or more precisely, our id of fear and ill fated rationalization.

 

Not because of loyalty to them, but because of necessity and there are no other alternatives to those products! Would I pay much higher prices for American made product, damn straight I would!
