It's strange that you would say that since there are so many Israelis – including influential religious and political leaders – who advocate violence against, and the murder of non-jews, including children. Here are a few examples:

Shmuel Eliyahu (…) is an Israeli rabbi. He is the Chief Rabbi of Safed, Israel, and a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council.
