“are white Americans at fault that crime and jailings of blacks that are 7 times the rate of white Americans?”

Well, actually, yes to a degree, because it took a majority to make a bad environment.

Public Housing projects where they pack them in like sardine cans have never been a breeding ground for anything other than crime. By removing a rug of the ladder to prevent the Real Estate Principle of Regression, zoning laws on house sizes and lot sizes so one has to go from housing project to cheap apartment to $70,000 house, unless there is blight or live miles from employment in a suburban trailer trash park, simply requires a good job. Affirmative Action simply taught innocent people it is okay to discriminate on the basis of race; it did not win friends and influence all people. Predatory lending enslaved many because the last thing one wants in community reinvestment is to tell someone that they are not economically viable. Blacks are now identified as being National Socialists or Communists to the point that anything other is an Uncle Tom, and they did not get there solely by W.E.B. Du Bois but by rejection of Booker T. Washington idea of proving it, and that took a majority of whites helping them get there.

Reading your post, if what you say is true, then blame democrats for getting blacks where you say they are.

Ok,Let's have a conversation. However let's start the conversation with " We" are all(or should be) " equal ". And take it from there.
I took OBAMA'S speech totally different than you did--I heard a leader calming the mass so as to quell frustrations that could potentially explode. For everyone to exhale, take a moment to think about why they are so frustrated with this particular verdict & veer that frustration towards peaceful resolutions. In other words,he changed the conversation.

If our dear leader Obama thinks that the "conversation on race" is to be a lecture to whites, he is sadly mistaken. He and other blacks need to admit to their shortcommings, and correct them.

Throwing money at the problem is no solution either. As the signs say in a lot of parks-----------do not feed the animals, it makes they lazy and dependent.

But,see, by your negative words here, you are not starting a "conversation", or wanting anyone to engage in one-------your stopping it. That's (in my opinion) the problem!

There's that old familiar rationalization again. I've been involved in the American economy long enough to know that in order to have sellers, you have to have buyers. And I know that the buyers usually create the sellers. It's just funny to me that the people who were so eager to import blacks are now the very same ones who want to refuse responsibility for the humanitarian crisis THEY created.

    BINGO
And I would like to know, what makes some think they are better than anyone else in this day & age?
That is where the conversation needs to start!
