I cringe every time I read another article like this. Hysteria? I don't think so. Yet one more example of the tyranny Obama and his minions want to impose upon this country. Obama is trying to throw the unions a bone after throwing them under the bus on Obamacare when their exemption runs out in 2016. The supreme court will throw it out.
