Obama to speak at memorial for Dallas Police Officers

All police officers should turn their back on this guy in protest. How dare he criticize police that have NOTHING to do with the two shootings that are still under investigation. Much like all of his other comments that he fires off before the facts are in like with "The police acted stupidly" and the mike brown case, he has no business telling the police what they should and should not be doing better.
The shooter was a black supremacist racist. It is crystal clear what his motives were. Obama, much like he did in changing the Orlando shooters comments attempts to try and tell us that the dallas shooters motive is unclear. It isn't, he is a guy that hates white people, especially white police officers. We know this because he told us so.

 

If I were one of the dead policemen's wives or children, I might be tempted to make a real scene if he showed up. IMO Obama is one of the instruments of those officers' deaths.

 

I really, really hope he doesn't use this memorial for the officers to talk about how bad police relations are. Especially since Dallas is doing a good job with community relations.

This isn't the time or place to make policemen feel they are the issue.

I hope he is respectful of where he is and why.

 

no doubt they will be sitting front and center with other dignitaries who want to show just how sorry and in touch they are with the situation and need a photo-op with them... they could do something that was done before, when he speaks or walks up to give them the photo-op hug and handshake, stand up, and turn their backs to him...

I can't imagine a louder picture than one where someone approached or talked about by the president, turns their back to the president... what are the secret service going to do, force them to sit, or shake hands with the president... one very loud message could be sent... but generally, this is why these meetings are done behind closed doors...

 

If I were anywhere near Dallas I would show up and protest his presence. He got those officers murdered and then spit on them with what he said.

You know why? Because he does not show up or mourn for a White guy who Is killed, that is what I heard. He does not like White people they say. He will not show up to memorialize dead Americans because he hates America. He will not show up to mourn dead WhitecAmericans because he will be at an ISIS funeral.

 

No he'll show up to chastise white Americans and police. I hope he doesn't. It would be nice if for once he acted like a POTUS and not a community agitator. So far he's just a one trick pony.

 

Don't expect him to learn any new tricks soon.

I totally agree, had he given a different speech and had the members of congress not brought up mike brown during....a hillary clinton hearing that was totally unrelated those officers might still be alive. These people incited violence. The media is also to blame as they exploit any black person getting killed by police but almost never white people.

 

To me this is like the arsonist showing up to give a speech at the funeral of a fireman killed by the fire he lit. If it were my family member Id turn my back on this race arsonist.

 

Im not the one that wafted the flames of racism on the day 5 police officers were killed. Obama and democrat members of congress did before knowing the facts of the two prior shootings. They even brought up Mike Brown in order to stoke the bottom embers. As we all know it was proven by black eyewitnesses that the officers actions were valid in that case. Mike Brown got Mike Brown killed so you tell us why members of congress were discussing these cases during a nationally televised hearing about comeys decision about hillarys email scandal if they werent stoking the fire of racism.

 

You know that scenario when you think youve eaten a tasty meal down at jacks restaurant but in reality you ate a tainted meal and hours later you start to feel a little nauseated so you go to bed and hope it passes, but then around 1 am you start dry heaving right before you are about to puke up that meal at 1:30am? Its 1am, the nation has woken up and lefties see that the nation is about to upchuck and then the next morning say Ill never eat at jacks restaurant ever again. Thats why hes angry.

Its not an assertion. My OP is fact. He gave an anti police speech and hours later officers were assasinated. Hours later jack. He supports BLM, a group that chants "what do we want? Dead cops, when do we want them? Now...fry em like bacon"
Not only an awful President but an awful human being. He abused his power of President to garner time on national tv to spew anti police rhetoric, then hours later we had a horrific assasination of police officers. Hey if you like this thread, Ill be starting another one tonight highlighting the members of congress who incited violence that day by taking advantage of national airwaves during the comey questioning. This will be one of those speeches where he hits the right notes, understands the tone of the moment and hits it out of the park. This will also be one of those speeches he writes mostly by himself. He has a unique understanding of the American people. I know the Obama haters will not like any of this at all - so be it.

Obama is the President of the United States of America - he has every right to be there. And from what I've heard in the memorial service so far, everyone present is very happy he and the first lady are there.
