So Obama warns ICE agents and the Border Patrol if they don't follow Obamas unlawful orders there will be "consequences." A federal judge has already ruled, Obama has been breaking the law, aiding human smugglers and has put a hold on Obama's criminal activities. Isn't that a crime to issue an unlawful order ? It is in the military. Is Obama above the law ? Isn't it a crime to follow an unlawful order ? It is in the military. Of course obama and the "progressive" socialists are breaking the law and violating the Constitutional process. They have been doing it behind our backs for 100 years, incrementally pushing the envelope of what the people and system will accept, and have gone as far as they can without openly breaking the law. They think now is the time for them to take over and replace (transform) the nation into a socialist system. And why shouldn't they think it, obama and the Democrat socialist party has been flagrantly breaking the law and the Constitutional process for 6 years, thumbing their noses at the law, daring anyone to do something about it, and have completely gotten away with it.
