http://media.theage.com.au/national/selections/abbott-roasted-on-satirical-us-show-5478531.html Does anyone know where to see the full episode?
Saw it on ABC this morning, it couldn't get any worse. And there are still members on this forum, standing behind this retarded..... regards
For God's sake stop clutching at straws! Don't you think a similar satirical piece could be put togehter for ANY prime minister?
I did get a laugh out of the clip, other than the advantage taken by the sickness of Abbott over the "reporter`s" handling of the dead soldier issue. Abbott should have knocked that creep out. This is cheap comedy. See it for what it is.
If memory serves me right Abbott did take a bit of flack over the comments about the dead soldier. - - - Updated - - - Here is a challenge for all of you. Find another similar clip about another prime minister.
His minders should just tell him to shut up, and give him a cricket ball to bowl or a football to kick or something. I feel like he's even more embarrassing than Bush, at least Bush had a sense of humour.
But wait, theres more... http://www.theaustralian.com.au/new...il&utm_campaign=editorial&net_sub_uid=8835742 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8AuCrUJWQI
Commenting on a dead soldier "that s.h.i.t happens" is not an appropriate thing to say under any circumstances. It just demonstrates the utter contempt politicians like Abbott have for the general public behind our backs. The man is a total loser really, and needs to crawl back under his rock. If Allan Jones thinks Gillard needs a day-trip out to see the dolphins, then this moron Abbott needs to get the first invitation.
Well it does. It's a bizarre reach into hatred and loathing fantasy land to think he meant the death of the soldier. He was talking about the circumstances around it.
I know "he" meant the circumstances surrounding the event, and that's my point. The man is an imbecile for making such a comment. Its directly similar to saying "s.h.i.t happens" about someone who has died from cancer or a car accident - its a totally inappropriate thing to say about how that individual died. This idiot was just being a "big-mouth" trying to impress soldiers, and he got caught out.
Or he was trying to relate to them, but sure go with rampant personality hatred, it makes it sound like its all you've got on him (which is actually about you more then him).
It is my understanding that military personnel have a strong bond together, and none of them would casually say: "s.h.i.t happens" when a comrade dies in battle. Abbott was a clown mouthing off trying to be one of the boys, and got caught saying something totally inappropriate about the circumstance involving the death of a soldier. If he made this comment about one of your family members who died, you wouldn't be sticking up for him right now. Maybe this clown should spend a few months on the front line himself, and see if "s.h.i.t" really happens, before he opens his big yap.
I'm amazed that anyone would actually defend a senior politician describing the circumstances that led to a soldiers death as (*)(*)(*)(*) happening.
I am really surprised that with every day passing Abbott is really giving the worst image the world could have about Australia or Australians. Well, we all knew his is/was stupid, but he really makes matters worse. Dear God, can't you make him shut-up or disappear? My apology to the world, its another 2 odd years, we have to deal with this idiot............ And no, we are not against renewables, or war refugees, or Gays, or Aboriginals, or adult sex industry workers, or unemployed, or dark skinned guys, or Muslims, or just all those people who are different.... Regards
Can you imagine Obama or Cameron getting around in budge smugglers....jeeeesus.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nRn-Makj6t4
The Libs knew this clown was going to embarrass them one day, but they took the gamble of him over Turnbull, just because Turnbull lent slightly to the left of politics. Now they are paying the price, and Australians are paying the price for allowing a 2nd mad-hatter in a row to become PM.
