I find it odd how quickly you dismiss the missing fragments from Kennedy's brain. The bullet found in JFK's gurney while in the autopsy room was a steel jacket bullet and the claim you make that fragments were found in the car which I don't recall was mentioned in the documentary. Can you explain why two different types of bullets were used? One was a steel jacket type and the other was an exploding fragment type used by the SS. We do know for a fact that the steel jacket went through both Kennedy and Connelly. This type was found near Oswald's shooting location. The amount of damage done to Kennedy's skull and brain could not have come from a steel jacket bullet. What is your answer to the use of two different types of bullets?

I do not dismiss the. They remained in his brain and I explained what happened to his brain.

the Secret Service used steel jacketed bullets they did not use en exploding fragmentary bullet. They were not two different types. Yes the damage done to Kennedy's skull andbrain was consistent with a normal steel jacketed bullet.

The documentary was actually a fictional program which ignored facts.

During the autopsy the fragments were removed and collected by the SS. This according to the only reporter in the room who's film was collected "as evidence" and was never seen again. Kennedy's brain literally exploded which never would have happened with a full metal jacket bullet. It was designed to explode into fragments upon impact. Unlike the bullet which penetrated both Kennedy and Connelly which was a full metal jacket bullet. This is a fact as can be seen in real pictures. The WC left out the facts that would have pointed towards the two different types of bullet used. You have not explained where the bullet fragments from Kennedy's brain removed during the autopsy went?

Yes, the brain was removed most likely to keep any remaining fragments that weren't removed from being seen. Jackie Kennedy made the statement that "they" killed my husband. I believe she truly meant this to be true. But when the SS explained to her what really happened, that he was shot and killed accidentally by a SS agent, she did not interfere with the autopsy. The autopsy should have been done in Dallas, but instead Kennedy was flown all the way to Washington to have it done. Why? I believe it is so the SS and the FBI could better control the information and the evidence.

Your facts are wrong. The SS did cleect evidence including bullet frgments but that is normal during any investigation. Not the same thing as interferring. You need to name this reporter as it is abnormal to have any reporter present in an autopsy sounds very made up.

Kennedy's head does seem to explode on film but that is a rather subjective view. head wounds are often appear to be very traumatic even much more tha they are. Only part of his brain was damaged and the rest remained intact which was removed. The damage was enough to kill him but most of the organ remained intact. Yes a full metal jacket bullet which was standard for the SS and was what Oswald used would have caused the same damage.

There are no such facts left out by the WC pointing towards two different types of bullets. Those bullet fragments were collected and examined by the Warren Commission and later sent to the national archives along with the second bullet which was more intact.

The brain was removed as a standard procedure done in any autopsy. The fact that Robert kennedy took possession of it refutes any nonsense that it was part of an assassination cover up as it would implicate him in the murder of his brother which is fairly ludicrous.

Jackie Kennedy made that statement before being made aware of any facts or even hearing of a suspect in the shooting. It was a normal sort of statement that anyone suffering from the shock of losing a loved one would make in the immediate aftermath. The SS never explained any such thing to her. She did not interfere with the autopsy and neither did anyone else because people just do not interfere with such things. She did however choose the hospital for the autopsy to be performed at. The idea that the SS confessed to her and she went to her grave decades later without ever disclosing this information is outlandishly stupid.

Yes it is a bit of a problem that the body was taken from Dallas to DC for the autopsy in contradiction of Texas state law. However many reasonable explanations exist for this. One is very simply that the federal government even to this day tends to do what they wish to do and consider state law to be less important that federal law or policy. In addition many facts and factors were unknown to the agents and other political leaders of the time. At the moment that the body was removed no one knew exactly what was happening. Was there one assassin? More than one? Was it an assassination by a foreign government? Were there follow up efforts to assassinate other leaders? Was it an effor to decapitate the government? Was it an act of war?.

These and many other fears were what Johnson the SS and many other key leaders were thinking at the time. In the end regardless of the law for one state they simply decided to take control of the situation including the presidents corpse and get back to DC. Right or wrong it is not really evidence of a cover up or conspiracy.

JFK thought highly of the SS, many of who came from the Special Forces units he pushed for. Jackie may very well have understood this and knew her husband would not have wanted to harm the SS in any way. So she went to her grave with this secret believing it is what her husband would have wanted. But the WC's findings hinged on the magic bullet theory, and the bullet that was believed to have been fired from Oswald's rifle and later found on Connelly's gurney comes into serious question regarding the chain of custody and whether is was that bullet, and that it was actually fired by Oswald.

    http://www.history-matters.com/essays/frameup/EvenMoreMagical/EvenMoreMagical.htm

Positive identification” of a piece of evidence by a witness means that the witness is certain that an object later presented in evidence is the same one that was originally found. The most common way to establish positive identification is for a witness to place his initials on a piece of evidence upon first finding it. The presence of such initials is of great help later when investigators try to prove a link through an unbroken chain of possession between the object in evidence and a crime.

Understandably, neither Tomlinson nor Wright inscribed his initials on the stretcher bullet. But that both witnesses told FBI Agent Odum, so soon after the murder, that CE 399 looked like the bullet they had found on a stretcher was compelling reason to suppose that it was indeed the same one.

The "magic bullet" itself offers up uncertainty. This alone should be enough to question the WC's investigation. FBI Agent Odum years later claimed he never saw the bullet in question at any time during the investigation.

The Secret Servie agents had many diverse backgrounds but not from special forces. As you pointed out Kennedy was instrumental in giving the Special Forces a real start. Most of them had extensive law enforcement backgrounds and some limited military background. An example is Bill greer who had served in the Navy but only in the capacity of a chauffeur. Kennedy's expanded special forces programs had not been around long enough to recruit members into the SS.

The idea that a grieving widow would keep such a secret is ludicrous. Yes Kennedy thought highly of the SS but that is not valid motivation to keep a lid on a confession that they caused her husbands death. In addition there is simply no evidence that they fired a weapon that day or stated that they did to her.

Yes the first people to recover the second bullet from Connally's stretcher did not follow absolute chain of custody rules but that is irrelevant. The bullet was evidence in the investigation it was not evidence in court. In the end it does not matter that the chain of custody was weak since the bullet was chemically and ballistically proven to have been fired from Oswald's rifle. In addition the damage inclifcted on the bullet was very consistent with the wounds done to both men. This means if one assumes it was faked and entered into the evidence they not only obtained a bullet fired through Oswald's rifle but managed to cause just the right sort of damage one would expect to find after it had passed through two men and various bones. And of course all of that would have to be done BEFORE anyone had detailed knowledge of the exact nature of the wounds to Kennedy and Connally.

In light of those facts it is clear that the bullet was one of the shots fired by Oswald whether the chain of custody was perfect or not. It MIGHT have failed standards of evidence in court but not in an investigation.

In the end the bullet scar on the curb from Oswald's first shot was evidence. The second largely intact bullet was evidence of his second shot and the fragments from the limo are evidence of the third shot and no other evidence of any other gun fire exists.

Oh I know that.with JFK being assasinated it changed the course of not only our country for the worse but the world as well since it took away our right to freely elect our own people.JFK was our last REAL presidet we had not a puppet for the banking community and he paid the price for it.he was trying to return us to the constitution of the united states where the people had control over the government instead of the bankers and corporations that do now so it changed the word in the worse way possible and still affects us today because even thought the same players arent around anymore mostly, the same forces that were at work then still are.

every single president since JFK with the exception of carter, every one of them have been more evil and corrupt than the previous one.carter was the one president that came out and said he did not believe the warren commssion report in a radio address speech that got blacked out coincidentally.

Yosh, flyboy,WHY do you argue with soupnazi.

He has failed miserably to debunk anything you have said,Plus not only that,he NEVER has anything constructive or rational to say other than the same old debunked lies of the warren commission as evidenced in this thread here of mine.as you can see,he failed MISERABLY IN EVERY POST ON THAT THREAD REPEATING THE SAME OLD DEBUNKED CRAP OF THE WARREN COMMISSION AND EVADING FACTS OF CONSPIRACY.

    http://www.politicalforum.com/jfk/2...ll-kennedy-but-did-not-kill-tippet-wel-2.html

he failed MISERABLY as you can see,to debunk any of these facts that prove conspiracy in my last post on page two here.post# 20. not one single intelligent thing was said by him on that thread in reply to those facts.just the same old idiotic debunked ramblings of the warren commssion got parroted by him.talking about THOSE and evading the facts.

need any MORE proof there you are wasting your time and it would be better off spent going on to someone else open minded who doesnt only see what they WANT to see?

So special interests pick tyrants instead of the public. Meh.

JFK colluded with the banking cartel as much as any of them. Moreover, he wanted to significantly increase spending. Much of LBJ's reforms were rehashed JFK policies.

I just don't understand all the love for JFK.

Carter only looks good relative to those around him.

as I said before, hundreds of people in the past have discovered that thats what he does all the time when he is cornered and knows he has lost the debate.forced to do just those two things you mentioned.you like several hundreds of others have done in the past here ,handed his ass to him on a platter in all your posts taking him to school as well as all the other magic bullet theorists on here and of course all the magic bullet theorists here all went into meltdown mode getting frustrated they could not refute our facts so they all had to do those two things you just mentioned in frustration of losing the debate.liek clockwork, never fails.:roflol::roflol:

thats the understatement of the century. you would think he would at LEAST be more clever like others are out there and say it was the mob and the mob alone that did since even the HSCA investigation from the 70's while still saying oswald did it,concluded there was a second shooter from the grassy knoll.:roflol:

how much stuff do these magic bullet theorists take everyday?:weed:

.Even the lead investigater of that committe Robert Blakey and the second leading investigater on that HSCA Ricard Billings wrote a book about it concluding it was the mob that did it so you would think he would at LEAST try and bring some credibility to himself by defend the NEW lie of the governments.

    http://www.amazon.com/Plot-President-George-Robert-Blakey/dp/0812909291

Individuals are walking the streets of American today who should be and eventually may be indicted for the unrequited murder of President John F. Kennedy. The President was not the victim of a nut gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald, alone, but of an organized crime conspiracy. This is the sensational scenario of the book that qualifies as the definitive account of the most consequential assassination in twentieth-century America. This book is more than the fruit of the two-year $5-million dollar Congressional investigation that Robert Blakey directed as as Chief Counsel with Richard Billings. It contains also the authors further inquires and their uninhibited personal insight, free of Committee restraints. What Robert Blakey and Richard Billings' book discloses are the detailed facts supporting this fascinating thesis.".

oh thats right, the magic bullet theorists dont read any book that opposes the warren commissions version they worship.

oh well, the objective open minded people coming on here can see that he has an obsession about the truth of the lies of the waren commission being exposed.that were the rational and objective ones.

somehow PBS in their specials they put out which endorces the warren commissions findings.even THEM stating on their that 80% of americans no longer believe the fairy tale that oswald is the assassin, his logic is the majority of americans are wrong and he is right.:weed:

In his warped logic he has,the best sniper in the world who said he could not have made the shots oswald did is wrong.:weed::roll:

I guess that sniper never said that either according to him.hahahahaha

whats REALLY funny though is it gets even better, according to his warped logic he has,the warren commission didnt know what they were talking about sense three of the members themselves did not believe the magic bullet theory.

    Other members, however, including
Congressmen Hale Boggs (D/LA), Senator John Sherman Cooper
(R/KY), and Senator Richard Russell (D/GA), strongly believed
there was no evidence to support the single bullet theory.

doesnt he ever get tired of humilating and embarrassing himself here defending the lies of the warren commission that oswald was the lone assassin?
