Quite the opposite, unions have been a vessel for freedom for quite some time now. Otherwise, we end up with wage slaves and child labor like back in the 1800s/early 1900s. Do you like vacation pay, sick leave, over-time and work holidays? Would you prefer to work for company script in horrifying work conditions with your 12 year old son laboring beside you? Notice the kid with the pipe? I'm sure he was what corporations considered a performance-based "incentive" program.
