Our retirees leaving the States. What will do the next president?

Richard Cobbs, 68 years old, had to emigrate to Nicaragua because he couldn´t afford a decent lifestyle in the USA after he got retired. What is going to do the next president about this situation?

Retirees have been going offshore for decades. Live in the PI like a prince on Social Security. Health care is iffy but cheap.

 

I am in line to inherit my own nation so will not have to worry about taxes.

Unfortunately its located off of the British Isles so it is cold.

 

According to experts, a general rule of thumb is, tax user vote Democrat. Tax payers vote Republican. So according to some, in general, young people and the old vote Democrat. Why? Students need aid to go to college. The elder depends on Social Security.

Think of it, Democrats can't scare seniors with ads that say Republicans are going to cut their Medicare. So if there are fewer elderly. Few Democratic votes.

what experts are these? an awful lot of democrats I know pay a lot of taxes.

 

Presidents can do nothing and it is a very old fashion here in Europe for pensioners to move abroad , with 300€ per month you will starve in most European countries except Bulgaria , 300€ / month are enough to live decently by the Black Sea coast .
