The Democratic Party always was a social upheaval party, from the days of FDR-onward, social legislation was the go-to for the Democratic Party(not that social legislation is bad, but if the government is going to write legislation to fix problems, they should be sure that it actually fixes problems.) Whereas Republicans/conservatives were the "hold it, this is working fine" party(and that has its extremes too, as seen in some of the deep Red states where they're fixated even when it doesn't work well.)

Pragmatically, we need a little bit of both. Progressive movement forward, with conservative pragmatism to make sure we don't screw up our own purposed fixes. But both are just trying to outdo the other at this point.

 

While a premature conclusion, nothing in that article debunks anything proposed, save the opinion that it is a conspiracy theory... which is a misnomer at best. Nobody is suggesting that all who identify as antifa conspired to commit this act. A crazy who identifies as such could have done this... a fan of others in that fringe's work.

They point to the fact that we didnt even know about the obstruction when antifa was blamed, as if that did not bolster the theory. They are the obvious first suspects. That it is now likely that this was a placed obstruction... you are likely to be looking at terrorists of one flavor or another. As the domestic flavor has history here... well it really isnt a great leap of logic to question their involvement.
