Well, I'm not ready to fold the tent after 1 caucus. I understand your sentiment, though.

It's not even because of the caucus. It's because most of the OLDTIMERS are still asleep and worthless.

I don't believe in moral victories. They've shifted his non-interventionist foreign policy against him and the neocon-nazis are cheering even louder for world policing dumbassery.

I agree. The clueless morons who support Paul have got to clean up their act. Stop whining about a conspiracy against Paul, stop insulting those who disagree with you and encourage Paul to adopt some reasonable and sane policies instead of the bat sh*t crazy stuff that he proposes.

It may have more to do with the treatment RP has gotten from the media and his own party. Older folks may trust the MSM more, but that just means there's a job to do. RP could explain himself a little better, too, by condensing things down and focusing on the issues that count with most people. Hopefully, he does this soon, like this weekend. There's 2 debates this weekend and he needs to hit it out of the park in at least one of them.

    BTW, I'm 55.

My bad, woogs, I thought you were a younger fellow, young at heart, right? :)

Yeah, by oldtimers, i basically mean retired people who sit at home watching Faux News all day. And Jason Bourne, the Mossad agent.

As opposed to Obama who not only "wants" too, but HAS taken funding from social security and Medicare.

Oh, we aren't supposed to talk about the way Obama has gutted Medicare are we.

Unlike David Duke and his fellow racists I wouldn't waste my vote on a whack job like Ron Paul.

Mostly I've been a life-long contrarian/non-conformist. I've had a lot of practice at saying (*)(*)(*)(*) the system. There's plenty others like me, too. It's not hopeless...it's just gonna take work.

Really, just like the GOP can't win without RP, RP can't win without the baby boomers. He's got to make a compelling case and quit being so scholarly or else everyone will just vote for their perceived lesser of two evils.

I'm keeping it real, Dr. Right. No reason to beat around the bushes. These fools are still snoring after the banksters have ripped off the nation and are shredding the constitution. They still don't know that Ron Paul is the only one telling them the truth. Worthless and hopeless.

    I agree, Woogs.
He also needs to stop framing his position ass backwards. Instead of saying "I want to get the federal government out of X" he needs to say "I want X to be a states right issue decided by you the people."

That alone would save him a lot of heartache, on the drug issue first and foremost.

The republicans don't like this guy (in part) because he won't agree to carpet bomb the middle east.
I don't support RP for POTUS but I do like a lot of what he says. He's a dose of reality.

Well we wouldn't want a dose of reality in the White House.
I prefer my complete national collapses to come completely unexpected for maximum chaos and anarchy.

This is serious thread, no sarcasm allowed!

Romney, hehehe, what a joke. If there were ever an empty-suit globalist in a lineup, i could pick him out.

Would anyone like to see how Romney is tied into the progressive/corporatist establishment? I have it handy for you all. Too bad there are too many dumbasses who will never read this forum.
