Pelosi calls on Northam to resign

The Dems now own Ralph Northam and his refusal to resign. His actions carry the party to the 2020 elections!

 

Don't be too sure. Even being HALF-Black can provide a lot of political protection. Obama is the example. This inept, doctrinaire, nothingness actually broke the LAW at least three times, but never faced any official inquiries, dangers of impeachment, or calls for resignation.

1. Launched military hostilities against the legitimate government of Libya which lead directly to its overthrow in 2011. There was absolutely NO provocation by Libya against the United States whatsoever -- but the actual crime was that Obama completely ignored the War Powers Act!

2. Made 'recess appointments' in 2014 to the National Labor Relations Board in such an illegal manner that not even Obama's own Left-wing 'stooges' on the Supreme Court could support him. The Supreme Court voted unanimously that Obama had pulled this ploy in a completely unconstitutional way. He should have been brought up on impeachment charges.

3. Icing on the cake! Obama broke a law that he, himself, had actually signed INTO law less than a year before! In 2014, Obama ordered the exchange of five Taliban field commanders out of the GITMO prison for U.S. soldier/deserter Bowe Bergdahl. He broke the law by summarily ordering this illegal swap unilaterally, and without any of the required notice and deliberation -- a thing expressly forbidden in the very law that Obama had signed INTO law in 2013. Again, he should have been brought up on impeachment charges.

So why did Obama get away with all of it, without Republicans even lifting a finger against his breaking laws, repeatedly...? Would a White, Conservative president have gotten away with breaking the same laws...?

Being a 'minority' has its advantages... a fact well known among hyperliberal Leftists like Democrat Senator "Dizzy Lizzy" Warren -- who officially described her race in 1986 as "American Indian", even though subsequent DNA tests have revealed that she is, at best, no more than 1/64th "American Indian".

Bottom line -- don't look for Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax to be be forced to resign by anybody in the Democrat Party. That disgrace will be reserved for 'the old White guy' in this little politically-correct drama -- Ralph Northam... based on a 35 year-old photograph in which no one can even be identified....

 

He lied under oath in a court of law, that's different form everything else. It undermines the entire legal system of our country. He should have went to jail for perjury, but only was cited for contempt of court.

Two similar situations, two very different outcomes. One gets a virtual slap on the wrist, the other is scolded with "one of the most troubling things in our society today is people who raise their hand, take the oath to tell the truth and then fail to do that....This, I hope, is sufficient punishment for you. But more importantly, I hope that it is a deterrence to others. So your story can be taken far and wide to demonstrate to others the seriousness of the responsibility of telling the truth in court proceedings." and given 13 months in jail. Two America's.

 

Not really...he is one man. Not the party. The party asked him to resign.

 

Newt Gingrich lied under oath too and he got censured. Going after Clinton was ridiculous for an Impeachment. The Republicans put the party before the country

Not sure what you mean by this ... the actions in the picture have been roundly condemned by Democrats. The question ahead of us is should he have to resign for something that happened more than three decades ago. As I'm sure you know, he claims he wasn't in the picture but he dressed in blackface on another occasion. His press conference and changing his story did not help him.
