Why are firefighters so racist?

 

Heck, the country was so racist during WWII it wouldn't let blacks donate blood for the injured troops, let blacks fight white Nazis, or let blacks help make weapons to use against white Nazis. In some ways the country was less racist during slavery times than it was after slavery ended. It's now on the verge of becoming even more racist than it was during WWII.

 

I wonder what the crime rate is in this neighborhood. How many local homes have suffered break-ins? There may be a reason the neighbors are so nervous. There are always 2 sides to any story but the reporter had an agenda (White racism) so apparently did not feel the need to actually investigate the story. At a minimum the reporter should have attempted to interview the people who called the police.

 

No one considers the firefighter in the story to be a criminal. Rather, they suggest the need to confirm that someone claiming to be a firefighter is in fact a firefighter. Get it?

 

There is no question the country is far more racially polarized than say in the 70s-80s. What is lacking I think is a full understanding of why this is.

 

Ok, no where in this or any other story regarding this fireman is there mention of the color of the person who called the police. Any assumption the person was white is a racist and a race baiter.

For all we know a black person called the police and that black person may have felt the same way Jesse Jackson did when he was relieved to know the people walking behind him were white and not black.

This story is race hustling fake news. And all the libs who assumed it was a white person who called can now officially be considered racists.

 

I was suspicious of a couple of white guys from the power company the other day until I checked them out myself. Some folks won't do that on their own, and so they call the police instead.

 

I suppose they feel superior to cops, EMT's and other first responders.

Getting paid while sleeping in the station house,

You can expect for every day you are on duty you get a day off. Three days on, three days off.
In some blue cities it's two days on, three days off.

The bennies, you'll never hear a fireman complaining.

Put twenty years in and it's the life of Reilly there after.

Why are tuna fishermen so racist ?

Has to be more than navy pilots wear wings of gold while air force pilots wear wings of lead.

 

To be fair and historically correct, they did allow black sailors load ammunition ships and the results were they blew up the entire base.

Bryan, who was worried about Moore’s safety given the recent interactions, said she plans to pair up with him during inspections so that she can do the yard walk-throughs while he takes notes. She said it shouldn’t be Moore’s — or other black people’s — job to soothe the fears of community members harboring prejudice.

“It’s our work to do with other white people, to check our implicit biases and racism,” she said. “It’s not fair to him, and it’s actually not safe for him to be going into these backyards due to the sociopolitical climate.”

Allan Brill, president of a crime prevention council and neighborhood association in the nearby Glenview district, said that while burglaries are a concern and “there are always people casing the neighborhoods,” what happened to Moore was “infuriating.” He said his group has hosted forums on combatting racial biases.

“A black person in the neighborhood, with or without a uniform, being reported to police is a tragic reality that’s been exacerbated in the last few years by the racist policies coming down from our federal government,” he said."

We are talking about Oakland a supper high crime city where most of the crimes are either committed by blacks or Latinos and all Latinos fall under Oaklands sanctuary city protections since you aren't allowed to look into a Latino's citizenship so all Latinos will be considered to be protected.

Oakland use to be a half ass decent city then one year the voters went really stupid and voted Jerry Brown to be the Mayor and in less than four years Jerry Brown turned Oakland into a shithole city.

Didn't the article say the fire truck was parked down the street? Secondly, it was asking to see the ID that was considered racist.

 

This Is a disgrace. I hope he doesn't get discouraged, and I wonder if the people that called the police on him in Oakland hills will have the same skepticism when they are getting pulled out of a smoke filled house.

 

I believe this neighborhood in Oakland is where the rich white liberals live. Not a bad place but everyone lives in fear of that wildfire like the one in 1991.

I don't understand why those rich liberals would be surprised a black guy is a public servant in their community. I get it, by all means you have the right to question some random guy in you or your neighbors yard. But you live in an upscale area so I'll ignorantly assume you're somewhat educated.....uniform, I'D, big red firetruck...I guess some dots are hard to connect. Instead of an apology and a hand shake the guy takes pictures of his ID?
