Philadelphia man, neighborhood mob beats carjacker to death after suspect takes off with 3 kids: Cop

Stealing a car is never a wise decision to make, but stealing a car with 3 children inside is the definition of stupidity. After trying to steal a running car a man's life was ended when a mob drug him out of the vehicle and proceeded to beat him to death. No charges have been filed.

I wonder if the City of Brotherly love was living up to its name by coming together to beat this fool down, or if it failed for that same reason.

In either case, I was literally floored with the absurdity of this situation.
