In the US military-industrial complex women are still not allowed full access to combat roles, however there may be an avenue that women can take to help fulfill their need to work in ground combat roles outside the military. Common reason tells anyone who has been around modern light infanty combat that virtually all women would be "non-hackers" and an overall liability in these roles. Without undue risks to critical assests, progressive females should form their own organizations of private security contractors and prove their abilities in "hot zones" such as Afghanistan. Blackwater, Triple Canopy and other firms have provided security contactors to guard convoys, bases and VIP's. These firms try to employ the best, most experienced fighters for these tasks. Those who have been with Delta Force, DEVGRU Seal Team Six are going to be at the top. Civilian cops are at the bottom. Outfitted with M-4's, Glocks and basic webgear these expendable mercenaries can take casualities doing the dirty and dangerous background work, without getting the public too upset. All female contractor companies could easily get assignments such as riding with indigenus convoy drivers. More practically, they could be used to quard important government or military VIP's that temporarly risk their necks visiting war zones---such as Barak Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Leon Panetta and political oppertunists like Adm. Mike Mullen that see the military as a tool for sociatal change. Perhaps these female contractors could name their company "Breastwork."
