I suppose I should have clarified then, how many times does this happen in a proper clinic (like Planned Parenthood) by an actual physician who is certified in either gynecology or obstetrics, which this man was most definitely not and everything he did was illegal including owning and running this so-called clinic of his. I think that man deserves to get the death penalty and whatever else for doing what he did. But considering they are asking a woman who represents Planned Parenthood, just how often does this issue occur in their offices anyways?

Well, this was supposed to be a "proper clinic." In any event, the frequency with which an unacceptable act occurs has no bearing upon the question of whether it ought to be deemed illegal; and, if so, what the penalty for the resulting law's violation should be. Agreed.
