But the ABC organization did specify if this guess was high or low. It is now breaking that not only is the count just a guess it is also an artificially low guess. It turns out that the alarmist scientists who are making the guess aren't even bothering to guess the polar bear population in half of the arctic. If an area of the arctic is unstudied the alarmists assume that the polar bear population in that area is ... get this ... 0. Yep that is right.
