Depends on what you mean by relationship but its pretty common world wide. In parts of Africa child rape is ubiquitous and tolerated. In parts of the Middle East you can trade for a female child and then marry and consummate legally. In parts of Central and South America the legal age of consent is rarely observed outside of major cities. And in the good old USA, while we don't allow the bedding of minors, we certainly take no issue with sexualizing them and allowing them to parade around as junior sluts. Child molesters should have tiny explosives inserted into their "parts" and then be lead into a dark room to panic while not knowing when detonation will occur.
I am not a violent person. But if I caught a man in the act of molesting my daughter in my home, he would be leaving in a body bag- now that is proper use of 'stand your ground' laws.
