I would get ICE involved with this case ASAP. To my knowledge Ilya is a Russian first name. It may be a knickname for Ilyich as in Ilyich Lenin. That Ilya Freyman Character may very well be an illegal alien from Russia. If he is he needs to be deported. Even if he is a legal immigrant since he was arrested he sent broke the law he needs to be deported. People who behave like that do not deserve to be in this country.
