Working on PR-technologies I noticed an interesting tendency of dual attitude of the European Union politicians towards election campaigns in the countries of the former USSR area. Well, on the eve of Georgian parliamentary elections Carl Bildt and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Poland Radoslaw Sikorski visited this country (Georgia). In his official speech Carl Bildt said that there was no problem with human rights observance in Georgia. However the latest events showed that Georgian law-enforcement agencies broke off peaceful protest actions using force methods. News agencies and television showed Georgian officials modes of operation clearly. There is a document placed on Georgian forums which confirms that law-enforcement agencies take actions according to the minister directions.

As to Ukraine we can see Carl Bildt’s opposite actions. He criticized the authorities of the country severely and met opposition leaders during his business journey in September 2012 (two thousand and twelve).
If it’s not the policy of double standards then what is it?

There are double standards, it is clear. But that any revolt or disorder developed into revolution, specially trained leaders who will create alternative authorities are necessary. After all on an example of Libya we see that there are demonstrations, but it only demonstrations, and they don't threaten the state order until the alternative government isn't formed of these demonstrators. And so, Great Britain and the USA throughout centuries prepare revolutionaries and future heads of the "independent" states for the purposes. Look, who lives in London. There live emigrants from Syria, emigrants from Russia, emigrants from Iran, emigrants from other states where in the long term very much it would be desirable to change to Anglo-Saxons the power. Including there live emigrants from China. Lived there and emigrants from Libya.
Look – only in Egypt any turmoil as at once Al-Borodei who peacefully lived before in London tens years, right there moved began and became the prominent oppositionist. Though any oppositional activity didn't conduct for years of ten.
As to game in return American gate – it isn't conducted. Since the time of Stalin opposition, unfortunately, in world politics goes all the time to one gate – we are protected, they attack. And in this case under the word "we" I mean not only Russia, but all other world. It is clear that Libya can't possess such resources to make revolution in Great Britain. But the Soviet Union could do it and worked in this direction. From the moment of Stalin's poisoning this work began to decrease, be leveled. Well and revolutionaries first of all crushed, as we know, KGB and all bodies which are urged to protect the safety and to break safety of other states in reply. Therefore there is nothing surprising that in London riots in anything else, except riots, don't develop.
