Semantics, embassies and bases are not within true international borders. But ok if you believe you've made some sort of contrarian argument.

That's a non sequitur (as is the prior) and doesn't change anything I posted. Whether an American government servant is in the jurisdiction of the US or not doesn't change his/her Oath and mandated duty to preserve, defend and protect the Constitution. And that's the specific case this thread is about.
