I voted to take out Iranian nuclear facilities. We can do this swiftly and with a minimum of fuss. Nukes in the hands of Islamic terrorists are a nightmare. Once the facilities are taken out, we need to liberate the oppressed Iranian people from their terrorist leaders.

I can't see anything that suggests he wasn't working as a spy. Nor did he have any form of diplomatic immunity. It was a "fair cop", it seems.
First of all the "CIA" and "Patriot" are not words that should be used in the same sentence. Second, Israel is not the #1 Ally of the United States.
