    Thugs in the USA commit most violent crime and are at the bottom of the pile in terms of income and education.

    This cannot be right.

    I want to see policies implemented to convert Thugs into non-Thugs.

    Which of the following policies would be best?

    I voted for Other. I completely disagree with reserved places at top universities and top banks for Thugs. Thugs do not have the inherent capability to thrive in these roles, so why reserve them a place?

    As for deepening ObamaCare, this is just making a bad situation worse. Everyone, including Thugs, should pay their OWN insurance costs.

    The only way to turn Thugs into Non-Thugs is to increase police powers, so that they do not fear prosecution when an arrest of a Thug goes wrong. We also need to increase prison sentences for Thugs, so that they are taken off our streets. In a nutshell, the best way to turn Thugs into non-Thugs is to increase money spent on law enforcement.

    Looking at violent crime stats, I can see that thugs are all over the Wall Street and Ivy League scenes. How much more help do criminals need?
