    news Flash:
Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval, a moderate Republican, takes himself out of consideration for appointment to Supreme Court

The first thing I thought when I saw this, was that the established Republicans had pressured him to withdraw. They didn't want to be in the position of not considering him, because he's one of theirs, and he is such a viable candidate. As u know, the Republicans have refused to consider any nominee Obama puts forward, and a Sandoval nomination would put them in an extremely awkward position,
    ...don't you think?

But, Sandoval isn't the only moderate Republican out there, who would make a good Supreme Court judge. You just watch, Obama will keep nominating this same kinda guy, proving once again that the only agenda the GOP (Establishment Republicans) has, is obstructing anything the left tries to do, regardless if it's bad for the country or not.

looks to me like McConnell and his cronies, have painted themselves into a corner.
    What do you guys think?

President Obama needs to appoint Deval Patrick. If any Republican refuses to accept his nomination, he or she will be branded, "Racist." No Republican wants to be branded "Racist" during an election year.
