Actually, credible experts claim that Obama's actions most likely averted an actual economic depression. I disagree with you. Obama's actions haven't been 'perfect', but I say he has done a decent job, considering all.

It is true that statist economists who love massive government (and are likely government employees) can be found to say that spending more money that we don't have is the best course of action. In my opinion, they are wrong. Like FDR before him FDO has taken that course of action that grows the government in raw numbers, in power, in scope, in reach and in influence all without significantly improving the lot of anyone not in government or in a favored union. It kept FDR in power until he (fortunately) died. FDO is trying to replicate that trick. Now that is an opinion!
