An increase in communication can lead to a revolution, because more people start to communicate more with the same information or communicate more with different kinds of information (but all information comes from the things and events in the system/world we are currently part of)

A decrease in communications in a society will still lead to a revolution, because less people become part of the information 'war', and when 'soldiers' exit a 'war' that 'war' might end, but the 'ex-soldier at home' becomes part of a new organization if they all start to communicate with different information than when they were part of the system's information war, but they all can start to communicate with the same information again.

Unique information in each individual is impossible, because people are not like common house cats. Cats do not longer live in large groups in the wild (except wild cats), have no more hierarchy, because they became part of a human society now for thousands of years, seperated from their hierarchies of origins.
Actually cats were the first animals that became 'multicultural', but without a society. House cats are part of human hierarchy.

It's very hard, for most people impossible to break apart from the current system/society. Land owners are also part of the system, until one start to 'withdraw' from the (war) system (aka 'the matrix') Because everybody is actually born as 'soldier' (or worker, that is why politics invented the labour party), and the system provides everything, with one exception to end itself.
The system don't like to lose 'soldiers', but the 'soldiers' have to be aware not begin to make the same mistake, to become yet a new 'army' (because you know the histories of ETA, IRA and FARC, seperatism, even terror, always anti main system, like a small copy of it, but more visible radical)

The Amish seem to be the only 'floating' sustainable society in the main system (inside it, but independent from everything it provides, even medical/medicine/healthcare?), but the Amish are an organisation (hierarchy), because human society cannot be non-organized, that would mean anarchism/chaos.

The powers that be are the only ones that can prevent a revolution (they can let you feel free, or one day make you part of one of their wars) They have to give up power when there or not enough 'soldiers' that want to be part of their 'matrix' system, this is about what the legend Robyn Hode accomplished, he could set half of the population free (explain them were the tyranny came from), he did not start to organize them into a new 'army', like politicians try to do since the last two centuries (by using communication as weapon, an increase in communications with the same words (ideology) means power)
