I only get to read his comments via other posters replies, and to be honest most of what he has stated here is so inane it borders on plain stupidity, and abstract ignorance of human anatomy coupled with only a passing acquaintance with legalities and he thinks it makes a 'good' argument.

Almost everything he has written is based purely on what his opinion is with little to no factual evidence. It is almost sad to see the anount of discredit he brings to the pro-life position.

Seriously. I have to laugh every single time someone tries to somehow argue that a woman's uterus does not completely belong to her and that she should not be free to make all medical decisions concerning it. It's completely insane and downright frightening to me as a woman. The idea of someone trying to take away my legal rights to govern my autonomy just because of my gender, so fiercely in fact, is rather terrifying.

    1. You are saying a doctor would prescribe the drug to treat ulcers, but she would take it to terminate pregnancy? Well it is the doctor's responsibility to make sure the woman is 100% able to take the drug.
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a689009.html-specifically says a negative pregnancy test must have occured within two weeks. If this does not happen the doctor is liable regardless of the reason. so a way to enforce this is make sure the doctor is doing his/her part to make sure the drug is being used for the proper reason.
    2. Answered your own question
    3. The same way extraterritorial laws are enforced today. It would be a crime so would be investigated as such if evidence of a crime exists. Very hard to do. http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/94-166.pdf
    4. Same as number 3
5 and 6 go together. Only way to enforce this would be to get a warrant if there is reason to believe a crime was committed within a home(abortion) in order to collect any evidence that a crime was committed and prosecute as necessary to include the one who performed the abortion.

Other ways to enforce the law I already mentioned like going after sellers of drugs. Banning internet sales of prescription drugs. any abuse of drugs to include over the counter is already illegal.
Also going after negligent doctors. Already have laws that do this it would just add abortion as an extension and anything relating to abortion to include drugs.
The laws get enforced only if the states want to. I don't know why you seem to be looking for some unique method of enforcement.
How are murder laws enforced, drug laws, drinking laws, driving laws, assault etc etc. As I stated repeatedly this would be no different. Trying to say it is is completely false.

    nothing ethical about abortion
did I say women get pregnant with intent to kill. No they have abortions with intent to kill.
Yes I do. It is a different issue, not even in the same ballpark
No she should not be free to kill another human life. pregnancy is unique in that it directly involves two lives without any doctor, or surgeon having to do a thing. No the nutrients do not belong solely to her. Just as the food was not part of her, the fetus is not part of her either are the nutrients.
Yes the uterus is hers and she never loses it, nor does she completely lose control over her body.
surely you realize you can harm the fetus without harming the woman, otherwise every abortion would injure the woman.
[h=2]Functions of the uterus[/h] Functions of the uterus include nurturing the fertilized ovum that develops into the fetus and holding it till the baby is mature enough for birth. The ferlized ovum gets implanted into the endometrium and derives nourishment from blood vessels which develop exclusively for this purpose. The fertilized ovum becomes an embryo, develops into a fetus and develops until childbirth.
The uterus provides structural integrity and support to the bladder, bowel, pelvic bones and organs as well. It separates the bladder and the bowels.
The networks of blood vessels and nerves of the uterus direct the blood flow to the pelvis and to the external genitalia, including the ovaries, vagina, labia, and clitoris for sexual response. The uterus is needed for uterine orgasm to occur.

Plus I will remind you that the uterus is not needed to preserve the woman's life, but is needed to preserve the unborn life. Men do not have a uterus.

Transgender men can also get pregnant. So why are you saying that abortion laws only affect women?

So smart women would stockpile misoprostol by getting a prescription for it when she's NOT pregnant, and keeping it handy for when she is.

So women cannot be stopped from using herbs grown in their own or their neighbor's garden.

    More like impossible.

    So it's impossible.

What evidence would you expect to find? The Jane Collective changed locations frequently, took care to not disclose the identity of abortionists.

You'd better be planning some unique methods of enforcement, FYI abortion IS unique. Drug laws basically are not enforced, some of the same problems exist for enforcing drug laws. Drinking laws can only be enforced if the drinking occurs in public, remember prohibition? Assault and murder leaves bodies as evidence, sometimes eye witnesses, that is not true of abortion. Abortion IS different and you have proved it by being unable to show that abortions in the circumstances I described would be prosecution worthy.

Sorry, let me correct myself, it only affects people who were biologically born women.

    All prosecution worthy
So on number one you are saying smart women plan for murder. Got it.
so on number two you are saying smart women have murderous intentions. Got it.
I believe you are falsely representing women when you say they have intentions of killing the unborn in the future with their actions of today.

Seriously I have to laugh everytime someone tries to assert I said the uterus does not belong to the women. I laugh even harder when someone thinks I have no facts to back up my claims, when I have shown scientific evidence to back me up. I have brought 0 discredit to any movement.
I laugh the hardest when someone thinks this is a war on women and that women should have the right to kill on demand.
In the end we shall see who wins out on abortion wont we. Trends are trending pro-life as people realize what abortion really is.

That's because women have a special role that men don't have-to give birth to life.

Pro lifers don't want to control women's body autonomy simply because of their gender, it's because of the fetus's rights.

    I'm not trolling.

If it belongs to her, then it is hers to control.

If there were scientific evidence for restricting abortion, we wouldn't be having this debate.

Do you deny there has been a plethora of new abortion restrictions in the last few years?

Demographics show that pro-choicers generally have more education.

Legally recognized as a male, biologically still a female .. with intact reproductive organs, and Hawaii is one of the states that do not require full sex reassignment surgery in order to be legally recognized as a man.

Are you trying to show that the exception disproves the rule?

So what? Are you implying that if males could get pregnant, than banning abortion would be okay?

It could be argued that abortion discriminates against the unborn, since only unborn can be aborted.

nope, it wouldn't be ok because the same rights apply equally to males and females . .funny enough that is what pro-lifers are trying to change making a pregnant woman have less rights than a non-pregnant woman or a man.

    - - - Updated - - -

That could only be argued if you could prove that the unborn are legally recognized as citizens allocated with rights .. can you do that?

Quoting current laws to justify how the laws should be, is a circular arguement.

So please do show me what law I am quoting?

or are you of the opinion that your constitution is wrong?

Special role? Sorry but I decide what my 'special' role is in life, not you and certainly not your deity.

No because everyone deserves the right to control their autonomy.
