"Minnesotas law is said to be more Draconian than many others, Lord Justice Moses of Englands High Court of Justice said in his ruling in June of last year. "...it is clear to me that were an order of civil commitment to be made, it would be a flagrant denial of this appellants rights." The European courts are starting to view U.S. courts as being so Draconian that it violates human rights, said Cramer. The woman judge was very concerned and didn't really want to send him to prison b/c ....... the POS was only 5' tall and he might have a hard time dealing w/the big, bad dudes who knew what he did....... Yeah, American courts are too draconian, but sharia law is so wonderful, the UK just couldn't wait to give it the opportunity to operate parallel with their own. But hey, if they want our pedophiles, they can have them.
'Draconian" is a polite way of referring to the torture which comprises US jail practices. Americans love to abuse those who land up in jail. Just can't get enough of it. Vengeance, brutal rape, murder....that's what Americans like so much about their 'draconian' jail culture. It's an external expression of what goes on inside, you see.
