A grandmother is talking to her grandchild, who asks her the following question --- "Grannie, do all fairy tales begin with 'Once upon a time'"? Grannie replied by saying "No darling. There is a whole series of fairy tales that begin with 'If elected I promise.'"! Let me leave you with the following thought --- Between now and November, "We the people . . . " will be exposed to many of those fairy tales Grannie is talking about. And remember what the "Gipper" said: "You don't have to fool the people all of the time, just at election time."
