take wrist and hand strength, and a lot of practice. you have to time the counteraction of your muscles to the recoil, forcing the gun back down into alignment with the target, as fast as possible, so that you can shoot him before he harms you.
IMO, you appear to be waaaayyy too preoccupied with this. The things you're writing are normally considered to be part of the unwritten code among shooters. I find an increasing number of your posts to be a bit.... embarrassing.
